Do all similar tasks in one batch instead of spreading them across the week. Answer all client emails in one 30-minute batch on Tuesday. Schedule all social media for the month in one 2-hour session on the 1st. Write all newsletter issues for the month in one Sunday. The overhead of switching between different types of work is the #1 productivity killer.
